Missing some key components that would be helpful

"If you want to carry this bag by holding a handle it only has one on the top and could use one to carry like a briefcase as well . Also no where to put a water bottle on the outside as well as a place to plug in a charger option. Lastly when bag is sitting up length wise there is no access with a zipper to access a pouch on top -there is one on the front halfway down the bag that does not hold much. I do like the size and wheels though but at this price point I would have liked some of the features I mentioned above to make this bag much more user friendly."

"Very satisfied with the overall build quality, especially the wheels. I was looking for a daily-use bag with wheels, as carrying a laptop and external keyboard had become too heavy, but I didn’t want something that looked like typical business travel luggage. I use it about 95% of the time on wheels and 5% with the top handle. The handle is the only part that feels a bit cheap, though it does the job. I don’t use the shoulder straps, as it takes too long to set them up—but that may just be personal preference."
