The best, but. . . . .

"I really like the backpack; it is very practical and easy to pack. The only issue I have with it is that the valve does not hold the vacuum properly, so I cannot compress my clothes effectively. The valve has been continuously leaking since the very first use. I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done. They only suggested that I rearrange the clothes inside the backpack. I followed their advice and even tried packing fewer clothes, but unfortunately the problem remains exactly the same. It seems that the valve itself is faulty, and I don't know what else I can do about it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I really like the backpack otherwise, but without a properly functioning vacuum valve, I cannot use one of its main features. I am not sure what the solution could be in this situation."

"With the bag is nothing wrong, but I prefer the smaller one, so I send back this model, the carry-on. Unfortunately I got the Airback back from the dhl sending, a return-to-sender. I don’t know what went wrong. I’m sad about the difficult retour policy."

"La mochila está increíble, los materiales se sienten de muy buena calidad, sabes que es un producto premium y que vale lo que uno paga por ella. No la he probado para viajar porque me llegó al momento que estoy escribiendo está reseña, pero confío en que cabrá todo como en la publicidad. El motivo de mi calificación es porque creí que venía con el coso para comprimir la ropa. Se que quizá es algo obvio, pero para mí no lo fue y si ví que me lo agregaba como extra, pero creí que ya incluía 1 y en mi mente dije "para que quiero tener 2". Entonces para que lo tengan en cuenta."
