The best, but. . . . .

"I really like the backpack; it is very practical and easy to pack. The only issue I have with it is that the valve does not hold the vacuum properly, so I cannot compress my clothes effectively. The valve has been continuously leaking since the very first use. I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done. They only suggested that I rearrange the clothes inside the backpack. I followed their advice and even tried packing fewer clothes, but unfortunately the problem remains exactly the same. It seems that the valve itself is faulty, and I don't know what else I can do about it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I really like the backpack otherwise, but without a properly functioning vacuum valve, I cannot use one of its main features. I am not sure what the solution could be in this situation."

Nice concept, but very painful for women

"I want to love this backpack, but it is incredibly heavy and the support straps in the front are definitely made with men in mind and are unkind to my chest area. Additionally, when packing my lunch, I realized that everything must be put sideways, which has resulted in several spills in the bag. There are several design choices I appreciate about the bag, and the air compression is a wonderful feature, but my back is definitely suffering. For the price, I do not think this is worth it, especially for women."

Nice design but not suitable for women

"I really want to like this bag, and I've been on the hunt for so long! But my back and chest have been suffering from using this backpack - it is way too heavy, even without anything in it - and the chest strap is designed with the male body in mind. Additionally, packing a Tupperware lunch is a nightmare because there is no room for horizontal items, everything must be slotted in vertically, coaxing your lunch to leak. I was hoping to use this as both a day bag and a travel bag given how expensive it is, but I've resorted back to my cheap day bag and have not enjoyed the process of traveling with my airback bag (I travel frequently and have already used it for 3 international trips). So overall, while I appreciate many of the design choices, I wish that women were not a fleeting side thought when considering the customer and I regret spending so much on a bag I can barely use without begging for a massage after."

I send it back, but…. .

"With the bag is nothing wrong, but I prefer the smaller one, so I send back this model, the carry-on. Unfortunately I got the Airback back from the dhl sending, a return-to-sender. I don’t know what went wrong. I’m sad about the difficult retour policy."
